SoulfulBody Fitness works with local physical therapists and United Prosthetics to help clients improve their physical gains through functional corrective exercise techniques designed to reduce the risk of re-injury.

Small Group Training

Small group training offers an alternative to individualize training programs at a lower cost. Group training offer an intense full-body workout and are limited to 4 people per group to make sure everyone has the right amount of instruction to get the most out the experience. 


Home Training

If you are unable to train at our Roslindale facility, SoulfulBody Fitness offers training in the comfort of your own home. If you have physical limitations that keep you at home or simply prefer the privacy of in-home training, this option can provide what you need. 


Pre and Postnatal Fitness Training

Expectant mothers can benefit from prenatal training throughout their pregnancy. An effective prenatal training program has been proven to help ease the delivery process. Postnatal training can help new mothers recover quickly and be ready to meet the physical demands of motherhood. 

SoulfulBody Fitness understands that not all individuals have the same fitness endeavors, which is why we don't offer cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all training programs.
